About your role:
As a casual chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring that all food meets our standards of excellence. You will work alongside our kitchen team to ensure that all meals are served in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
Ensure all food is cooked and presented to perfection
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new and innovative dishes
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Other duties as assigned
What you should have to qualify
Commercial Cookery Certificate IV or equivalent
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume catering establishment minimum 2 Year post apprenticeship or certificates.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Full WA drivers license & able to drive catering van.
